Omg... The cheese buns are so amazing!

I have been looking for a good chocolate mousse cake for a while. A good friend of mine found one at Wow Bakery and WOW was it amazing. Usually I find bakeries make their mousse cakes way too sweet. This was perfect a little bit of cake (slightly dry but help with cutting the sweet down) and a good amount of the mousse making it the star, which it should be. So beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked!

WOW what a bakery! I only buy my birthday cakes here for everyone in my family. The matcha chiffon cake was my most recent buy and it was amazing! I love the care and professional baking that goes into every single item in this shop. Literally everything is amazing, delicious, mouth watering. Go in the morning to snag some 50% off day old bread ( which is still amazing )

High quality baked goods at a moderate price. Small hole in the wall bakery that has a variety of sweets.

Ordered green tea chiffon cake for my hubby’s B-day. it has too much whipped cream on the top. The portion of the sponge cake is small. Basically it feels like eating whipped cream only. It tasted very heavy. I ended up with eating the cake only and throwing away the cream. But the cake tastes great. I will still visit here again as I can’t find a better place in Calgary for a traditional Asian B-day cake.
