I don't know what's happened recently, but the quality in service and food has gone down drastically. My wife and I used to love getting food from here, but it's unacceptable to charge me $20 for 2 chicken burritos with sides, make me wait for an additional 30 minutes to give me my burritos drowned in sauce with no sides and have to add my own chicken to the burritos because the chef forgot a simple order... And tonight isn't the first time it's happened. The servers also seem like they have no idea what's going on or how to operate the point of sale system. We won't be eating here again until these issues are sorted out.
Another disappointing drop in quality in the Quincy area... It's truly frustrating.
