Dan at The Sewing Machine Shop is the best thing since sliced bread! He got back to me late on a Friday during a pandemic to troubleshoot BY SOUND ALONE what was going on with my Juki. Obviously, he said, he couldn't really "diagnose" it without seeing it in person and I totally get that. But he tried based on what he heard on my video, and made some educated guesses. One of his guesses turned out to be right, and was something I was able to take care of myself, right there at home. He emailed back and forth with me several times until I had a good sense of what to do. I was on an urgent deadline, and have essential workers counting on me to make face masks for them. I was able to complete the face masks and get them where they needed to go. I'm super impressed with Dan. Everybody at the shop has been great in the past, but this time, you really went above and beyond, and I thank you!
