You had to order online, so wonderful for us older people who haven't quite got the swing of technology. They were doing social distancing, enter through one door but exit out the other. Cash was not accepted during covid19

Wonderful customer service! We all know getting used to this new way of living isn't easy. There's bound to be some bumps in the road and when I hit one, they went above and beyond to straighten it out. I cannot thank management enough for their kind gesture today. I ordered their fairly new delivery service at the busiest time of day and part of my order was missing. Before I could even get it straightened out over the phone, one of the managers was on my doorstep with the rest of my order and then some, to make up for the mix up. Thank you River Park Panera Bread! You will definitely be getting more of our business and many recommendations to others during this difficult time.

Service was met with a smile. The food was warm and seasoned. Picture shown bacon, egg, cheese on farmers bread. Very favorable and placed on bread with pesto basil sauce on the side.
