Hand sanitizer stations were empty. Hardly anyone wearing masks. Machines not paying at all!

Too smokey!!! Restaurant not open. ordered beer and so called waitress said i couldn't use clear cup to drink it. She went and told Mgr. 2 of them came over. The Chickasaw Nation could give them customer service training.

The rooms are better than most casino rooms. Suites actually new and very nice. I hit for 1300 within 30 mis of being in casino. And continued to hit for hours. Can still smoke in casino only. No buffet open rn but store/gas station has all u need it's in same building as well.
