Update: I contacted the General Manager and has a great conversation about how to improve the customer service. I've also been given a complementary night's stay. I appreciate that. I've changed this from a 1 star to a three star. Once things get back to normal I hope to have a nice stay and change this to a 4 or 5 star.
The heat was stuck on, the place is run down, the service is not good. I upgraded and didn't get any sleep because of the heat issue. No consideration for my time and money by these clowns. Stay elsewhere.
