Got into town late, staying at Temple Gardens, and accidentally parked in their lot for 10 minutes. Didn't realise the lot was only free to casino guests and not hotel guests. As soon as we found out, we moved our car to the hotel side but they charged us $5 anyway. Toll booth attendant wouldn't waive it, and we explained the situation to a manager in the casino who also said there was nothing they could do. We asked if they would even offer us a $5 credit for the casino to come back later (we were planning to anyways) but no luck. Disappointed that they wouldn't make any exceptions for an honest mistake - doesn't take much for the extra mile of customer service, but that $5 was worth more than a couple hundred we would have spent.

Staff was really helpful. Was packed, also there wasn't a variety of games that I was expecting The free parking was nice. My only piece of advice is having more staff at the front desk because there was a lady working all by herself so she couldn't help guests as much as she would have liked too. Service was still amazing despite this though.

Good service. Disappointed in alcohol selection. Staff would not remove a rambunctious black jack player who was annoying everyone at the table.
