I decided to drop in on Sat. evening and it wasn't busy at all. There was only one person in front of me that was waiting on their order. One employee was on their break playing videos from youtube in the dining room, so I wasn't going to be dining in there if that was still going to be the issue. There was also one employee going back and forth from the kitchen to the register. I was ready to order and stood behind the counter for over 4 1/2 minutes without being asked if I wanted to place an order or wanted to pick up something that I ordered. I left. Proper protocol is not to have any customer waiting to place an order for over 45 seconds. Horrible customer service. I went to Moby Dick 5 min. away and they greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and took my order right away.
